THE OPTIONAL BUDGET ITEM FOR ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTS PASSED!  Your Gated HOA neighborhood is about to become VERY beautiful!  The ONE YEAR approach passed so that will add $152 to your 2012 dues.  TOTAL 2012 ASSESSMENT IS $459.
