Your gated HOA Board meets every 3-4 months.  Next HOA Board meeting will be Monday, Thursday, Oct 13th, 7:00 p.m. at the clubhouse.  Please feel free to join us!  If you have an issue to bring before the Board at this meeting (or before) please call us at 341-1428 X1 and leave a message so we can add it to the agenda.  The message line is constantly monitored.

2012 HOA dues for your gated area (streets & gates) are $459.00.  This includes a special assessment for street repairs.  Base dues are $130.00, ornamental street lights (one year only) adds $152.00 making $282.00.  The special assessment for streets is $177.00 and is due July 1st - delinquent July 2nd, 2012.  You will receive appropriate invoices according to due dates..  You can pay your dues by dropping a check off at the clubhouse mailbox or by mailing your payments to FENWICK GATED HOA, 16801 Fenwick Blvd, Edmond, OK  73012,
