Your gated HOA Board meets every 3-4 months.  Next HOA Board meeting will be Sept 9th, 2010 at the Clubhouse, 7:45 p.m.   We've been working on the annual budget and street repair projects.  We'll be reviewing the charts for the  annual meeting.  Please feel free to join us!  If you have an issue to bring before the Board at this meeting (or before) please call us at 341-1428 X1 and leave a message.  The message line is monitored contantly.

2011 HOA dues for your gated (streets & gates) are $305.00.  This includes a special assessment for street repairs.  Base dues are $148.00 and are due Feb 15th, 2011, delinquent Feb 16th.  The special assessment is $157.00 and is due July 1st - delinquent July 2nd, 2011.  You can pay by dropping a check off at the clubhouse mailbox, by mailing your payments to FENWICK S&D HOA, 16801 Fenwick Blvd, Edmond, OK  73012, OR by using Pay Pal on this website (available Jan 2011).

2011 HOA dues for the Main HOA will be announced soon.  They are also due Feb 15th, 2011, delinquent Feb 16th, 2011.  You can pay by dropping a check off in the mailbox at the curb in front of the clubhouse, by mailing your check to the clubhouse at 16801 Fenwick Blvd, Edmond, OK 73012 (same mailbox), or pay using Pay Pal on the Fenwick Main HOA website:  www.fenwickcommunity.org 

2010 annual meeting will be held Sept. 23rd.  We have revised the budget this summer to support a new street maintenance and repair approach.  Mark your calendars now - this has affected your dues and you should plan to attend the annual meeting to get first hand info as to how we arrive at the budget figures.
