Fenwick Gated is a private street community of 168 homes and is a section of the larger Fenwick community that includes more than 700 homes. We are located in the Edmond school district and serviced by OKC utilities. We are on the north side of NW 164th Street between Western and Fenwick Blvd.

Fenwick Gated Roadwork: Seal Coat Schedule
Seal coating of neighborhood streets is scheduled to begin Friday, Sept. 25, and continue through Friday, Oct. 2, weather permitting.

Important Access Information
If your street is scheduled for seal coating, please move vehicles off the street and out of your driveway before work begins. Once the seal coat has been applied, do not drive or park on the treated surface until the contractor has reopened the road or removed the barricades.
Plan for vehicle access to be restricted for up to 3 hours after your section of roadway is treated. Because curing time varies, please go by the barricades rather than the clock. If barricades are still in place, the road is not ready for traffic.
If you need to leave during your street’s scheduled work period, we recommend moving your vehicle to an unaffected area before crews begin work.
Lawn Care and Irrigation
Please notify your lawn service and reschedule as needed. Do not mow or service lawns during seal coat preparation, application, or drying.
Please turn off any irrigation that could cause water to run into the street during seal coat preparation, application, or drying.

The policy of holding gates open every Sunday for Realtors has ended. Realtors/owners must request the gates to be open. Requests must also be restricted to Sunday only and from noon to 5pm. Use the Contact Us form to submit a request.
Meetings
Our next (Fenwick Gated) quarterly meeting will be held Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 6:30PM at the clubhouse. Your attendance is encouraged at each meeting. The meeting is an opportunity to find out how your dues are determined and the maintenance plans for your streets and gates. In order to facilitate an expeditious check-in, please arrive 10 minutes early.
HOA Dues
Don’t forget Fenwick Gated residents are members of two homeowner associations and dues must be paid separately to both. March 1, 2026 is the deadline for each homeowner to pay their 2026 Fenwick Gated HOA dues ($475) and Fenwick HOA dues ($560)! Fenwick Garden Village
Often confused, there are two gated sections in Fenwick. Fenwick Garden Village and us, Fenwick Gated. If the home is on Brewster Lane, Covington Manor, Farmington Way, Garden Village Drive, Moorgate Lane, NW 167th Street or Tonka Trail then it is in Garden Village and not here.
